  • Appropriate escalation to trained safety, legal, or trust-and-safety personnel.
  • Documentation and auditing of law-enforcement requests and disclosures.
  • Disclosure of user information only as permitted or required by applicable law.
  • Protection against unauthorized disclosure of information about an investigation where prohibited by law.

Enforcement

Violations may result in content removal, account restriction, suspension, or permanent termination, depending on the severity and circumstances. The platform may also preserve or disclose information, report suspected criminal activity, or cooperate with appropriate authorities when required or permitted by applicable law.
